Each piece is carefully constructed to offer both long-lasting durability and refined aesthetics, making our vanities practical for daily use while serving as timeless statement pieces. To help you maintain their beauty and performance, we provide a detailed care guide. For added peace of mind, our vanities are backed by a 5-year warranty on cabinets and a 2-year warranty on engineered stone benchtops and ceramic basins.

Orders for made-to-order items typically require approximately 6–10 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Once production is complete, delivery to QLD, NSW, and VIC generally takes 3–5 business days, while remote and regional areas may require an additional 2–4 business days. We offer both home delivery and depot pickup options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Stone Top: Each Eleanor Vanity is topped with a choice of natural Carrara marble or Blanco silica-free engineered stone—two equally elegant options designed to suit different lifestyles and aesthetics. Carrara marble is a timeless, traditional favourite celebrated for its soft grey veining and classic appeal. As a natural stone, each slab features unique variations in tone and pattern, adding character and individuality to every piece. Blanco, with its smooth, semi-gloss finish, offers a modern alternative for those who prefer a consistent surface and are cautious about the fragility of natural marble. Both stone options are thoughtfully selected to complement the Eleanor’s colour palette, offering enduring beauty and effortless harmony in any bathroom setting.

Sink: The Eleanor features high-quality white ceramic undermount basins, seamlessly integrated into the stone top for a clean and elevated look. Each basin includes an overflow and is compatible with both 32mm and 40mm waste fittings, allowing you the flexibility to select your own waste style to suit your tapware and overall aesthetic. Glazed to a flawless finish, the basins are durable, easy to clean, and perfectly aligned with the vanity’s timeless proportions and practical elegance—whether configured as a single or double.

Freestanding Vanity Installation Guide

Your vanity will arrive securely packed on a pallet for safe transport. Carefully unpack the vanity cabinet, stone benchtop, and basin, and inspect each component for any signs of damage such as cracks, scratches, or missing parts. Do not discard the packaging until installation is complete. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours by emailing support@joinerybybears.com with your order number and clear photos.

Step 2: Position the Vanity

Place the vanity in your desired location, ensuring alignment with existing plumbing points. Use a level to check that the unit is perfectly straight. If your floor is uneven, stabilise the vanity using shims, and trim them as needed so the cabinet sits flush and secure on the surface.

Step 3: Install the Stone Benchtop

Always use two people to lift and position the stone benchtop, taking care to avoid putting pressure near tap or waste holes. Apply a continuous bead of mould-resistant silicone along the edges of the vanity to both secure the stone and create a watertight seal. Once placed, ensure the overhang is even on all sides before pressing down gently to set it in position.

Step 4: Connect Plumbing & Add Handles

All plumbing must be completed by a licensed professional. Once the vanity is in place, have a plumber connect the tapware and waste outlets securely. If handles or knobs are included, attach them using a screwdriver. Wipe down all surfaces with a soft cloth and double-check that everything is aligned and ready for use. Wipe down the surface and check final alignment.
