Prefer to pick up your order yourself? We welcome you to collect your furniture directly from our warehouse and showroom in Brisbane South.

We are situated within a business park area, making access easy and convenient. On-site parking is available right outside our warehouse, so loading your order is quick and hassle-free.

When you arrive, our team will assist with loading your items safely into your vehicle. Please ensure you bring a suitable vehicle for transport, especially for larger or heavier items.

Pickup is available during business hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Saturday: By appointment only

Simply let us know in advance when you plan to collect, and we’ll have everything ready for you!

  • Custom Requests: If you requested customisations like pre-drilled tap holes, we’ll complete these at this stage.

  • Quality Inspection: Every item undergoes a detailed inspection to ensure it meets our high-quality standards before it leaves the warehouse.

Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transit:

  • Pallet Delivery: Depending on the carrier and the size of your item, your order may be delivered securely on a pallet to minimise movement and prevent damage.

  • Heavy Item Handling: For larger or fragile pieces, extra protective measures are taken to ensure safe handling.

  5. Delivery Timeframe: The delivery time varies depending on your location. Typically, you can expect to receive your order within a specified timeframe provided by our shipping partner once the product has been dispatched.

All orders assigned to our third-party freight provider will include contact via email or text to provide you with estimated delivery date details.
